2. Give a brief description of what is included in the album. If the album is based on class years list them in the description.
3. Add an album cover - This is the image that will represent the album on the gallery page with the other albums. To add an image scroll down until you see "Album Cover" and below that is a blank box. Click the "Browse" button to the right of this blank box and locate your image on your computer and double click it. Click the "Upload" button. This will take a moment or two a the image uploads. Upon completion of the upload you will see a thumbnail image of the photo you have uploaded beneath the "Album Cover" label. You may then add a caption about the photo to better describe the image.
NOTE: After uploading an album covert there is an area below the image that will allow you to change the album cover if you have made a mistake. If you are happy with your album cover then ignore this area and continue on to the next step.
4. Adding additional images - Scroll down past "Step 1" where it says "Image 1" and locate the browse button again to the right of the blank area below "Image 1". Click "Browse" and locate the next image on your computer you would like to include in the album and again click the upload button below it. This will bring in the next image into the album and you can add a caption to this photo as well. To add more images to the album just keep repeating this process.
5. Submit the album - After you have uploaded all images into the album scroll down to the very bottom and click the "Submit" button. Your album will not be available immediately. It will be reviewed by an administrator and then published for public viewing after it is deemed appropriate for the website.
