PICTURES IN THE GALLERIES

How can I post pics in the galleries? What is the difference in having pics in an Album and in My Pictures?

What are the steps and limitations to placing pics in the galleries section?

I've tried submitting 5-7 pics in the album part, but after having 3-4 pictures revealed, the section freezes up and I lose contact and all work prepared. I would like to get this issue resolved as a CAN BE DONE, OR CAN'T BE DONE.

Any help will be appreciated.

Dale,
I deleted the "My Pictures" option. I hadn't noticed that was under there. I've also added a gallery tutorial to help you along. I submitted a bunch in a 1950s football gallery I added and I didn't have any problem. The tutorial should now be on the drop down menu when your roll over galleries above. Let me know if that works for you.

Re: PICTURES IN THE GALLERIES

Steve,

I tried to open the Tutorial about Adding a Gallery and the message that came up was that the page was not found. I hope you can get this working. I would also like to add some galleries of sports, individuals and classes that I have accumulated in the past several years as a result of our two 50's reunions held in 03 and 07. I had a large collection and since the reunions have added many more that I think would be fun for sharing. From looking at your pictures galleries I assume that I can use copies from sources other than originals.

I think this will be a great site when all things are up and running and you find out what works and doesn't work with all the alumni that check in. Lots of these topics look like they can be enriched and expanded as time goes on.

Dale,
I think I got it now. I sure thought I had tested that link when I put it up before but I guess I didn't. Anyway the tutorial link is there now. It's kind of crude but it should help you get things uploaded.
